1. (A) No agricultural liming material, landplaster, or both, shall be sold or offered for sale in South Carolina unless it complies with provisions of this chapter.
2. (B) No agricultural liming material, or landplaster, or both, shall be sold or offered for sale in South Carolina which contains toxic materials in quantities injurious to plants or animals.
