§ 44-70-50

S.C. Code Ann. § 44-70-50

Prohibition on transfer or assignment of license; suspension or revocation

Effective May 11, 20112011 Act No. 18, SECTION 1, eff May 11, 2011.

A license to operate as an in-home care provider is:

  1. (1) not transferable or assignable; and
  2. (2) subject to suspension or revocation for failure to comply with a provision of this chapter or regulations promulgated by the department.
