Any inspection warrant shall be valid for only twenty-four hours after its issuance, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. It shall be personally served upon the householder between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and shall be returned within forty-eight hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
