Director; appointment and removal
Effective Apr 28, 20252025 Act No. 3 (S.2), SECTION 1, eff April 28, 2025.
The department shall be headed by a director who shall be appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate. The director may be removed from office as provided in Section 1-3-240(B).
