S.C. Code Ann. § 40-69-500
No action to deny, revoke, or suspend a certificate of an Animal Health Technician may be taken until the person has been furnished a statement of the charges against him by the board. Preferring of charges, hearings, appeals, and reinstatements shall be conducted by the board as stated in Section 40-69-150.
