S.C. Code Ann. § 39-4-100

Short title

Effective Jul 1, 20162016 Act No. 261 (H.3682), Section 2, eff July 1, 2016. Repeal Chapter 4, Title 39 repealed as of July 2, 2021 unless reauthorized, see Section 39-4-150.

This act shall be known as the "Bad Faith Assertion of Patent Infringement Act".
