Seminars not in accordance with department regulations prohibited — Penalty

- (a) No seminar concerning acupuncture and Chinese medicine may be conducted in this state except in accordance with regulations prescribed by the department for bona fide educational seminars.
- (b) Any person who violates subsection (a) of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
