1. (a) “CEM” means contagious equine metritis.
2. (b) “Director” means the director of the department of environmental management.
3. (c) “Department” means the department of environmental management.
4. (d) “Equine” means horses, including ponies, mules and donkeys.
5. (e) “State veterinarian” means a veterinarian employed or designated by the department.
