- (a) No tractor or truck tractor, as defined in 23 C.F.R. 658.5, pulling a trailer or trailers, shall be allowed to travel on that portion of Route 116 between Route 44 and West Greenville Road known as Smith Avenue in the town of Smithfield.
- (b) The director of the department of transportation is directed to post signs to limit access as prescribed in subsection (a).
- (c) Violations of this section shall be punishable by a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first offense, and not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100) for each and every subsequent offense.
