R.I. Gen. Laws § 28-20-26 (2026)
Effective date of codes and changes
History of Section. P.L. 1973, ch. 260, § 2.
All codes and all amendments to them and repeals of them shall take effect twenty (20) days after certified copies are filed in the office of the secretary of state.
