1. (1) The products are segregated from products which have not passed their pull date; and
2. (2) Shelf markers or placards, or markings on the individual packages clearly identify the products as being offered for sale “past date.”

Any provision to the contrary notwithstanding, packaged bakery products may be sold after their pull date, provided, that:
