Penalty for failure to comply with law
(a)
Neglect.
— An auditor neglecting or refusing to comply with this chapter commits a summary offense.
(b)
Financial interest.
— An auditor who is financially interested, directly or indirectly, in a borough transaction commits a summary offense.
