1. (a) General rule.— The department shall charge $5 for each annual certificate of inspection, $3 for each semiannual certificate of inspection and $2 for each certificate of exemption.

2. (b) Credit.— (Expired).

   1996 Expiration. Subsection (b) expired December 31, 1996. See Act 139 of 1992.
