1. (a) Driver's license.— The driver's license fee for each year or partial year shall be $5.25 plus the cost of the photograph required in section 1510(a) (relating to issuance and content of driver's license).
2. (b) Learner's permit.— The fee for a learner's permit shall be $5.
3. (c) Identification card.— The fee for an identification card shall be $19 plus the cost of the photograph.

4. (d) Replacement license or card.— The fee for a replacement driver's license or identification card shall be $19 plus the cost of the photograph.
