- (a) Requirement.— The shade tree commission shall annually report to the board of commissioners the shade tree commission's transactions and expenses for the preceding fiscal year of the township.
- (b) Incorporation.— The park commission may incorporate the transactions and expenses in the park commission's regular report to the board of commissioners.
