73 Pa.C.S. § 4354 – Sale of real or personal property to nonprofit housing corporation

(1) Real property for the nonprofit housing corporation's exclusive use for housing for the elderly.
(2) Personal property for the nonprofit housing corporation's use at the nonprofit housing corporation.
