- (1) community nursing services for the elderly and other needy persons;
- (2) the control of communicable disease;
- (3) the immunization of children;
- (4) the operation of child health centers; or
- (5) instructive visits to parents of new babies beginning in the prenatal period and family health guidance, including nutrition and detection and correction of defects.
