5. (5) Public schools and school districts.
6. (6) The powers and duties of constables.
7. (7) Magisterial district judges.
8. (8) State highways and private roads.
9. (9) Any of the provisions of 75 Pa.C.S. (relating to vehicles).
10. (10) Validation of elections, bonds, ordinances and acts of corporate officers.
11. (11) Any of the provisions of 24 Pa.C.S. Ch. 93 (relating to public library code).
12. (12) Crimes and offenses provided for in 18 Pa.C.S. (relating to crimes and offenses).
13. (13) Any law relating to the giving of municipal consent to public utilities.
