1. "Motor vehicle." A passenger car or a truck as those terms are defined under 75 Pa.C.S. § 102 (relating to definitions).
2. "North America." (Deleted by amendment).
3. "Procure." To acquire by purchase, lease or rent. The term does not include any rentals or leases where the term thereof is less than one month.

The following words and phrases when used in this subchapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
