58 Pa.C.S. § 2826 – Reports

(a) Requirement.— No later than 21 days after the end of each calendar quarter in which the grant program under this subchapter receives applications, approves applications or awards grants, the department shall issue a report.
(b) Contents.— The report under this section shall include all of the following:
1. (1) The number of applications received under section 2825(c) (relating to applications and review process) in the quarter, year to date and since the effective date of this subsection.
2. (2) The number of applications approved under section 2825(e) in the quarter, year to date and since the effective date of this subsection.
3. (3) The number of grants and the total amount awarded under section 2825(f) in the quarter, year to date and since the effective date of this subsection.
(c) Recipients.— The report under this section shall be made available on the publicly accessible Internet website of the department and shall be submitted to the following:
1. (1) The chairperson and minority chairperson of the Appropriations Committee of the Senate.
2. (2) The chairperson and minority chairperson of the Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives.
3. (3) The chairperson and minority chairperson of the Environmental Resources and Energy Committee of the Senate.
4. (4) The chairperson and minority chairperson of the Environmental Resources and Energy Committee of the House of Representatives.
