42 Pa.C.S. § 7394 – Appeal

(a) Matters.— An appeal may be taken under this subchapter from:
1. (1) an order granting or denying a motion to compel arbitration;
2. (2) an order granting or denying a motion to stay arbitration;
3. (3) an order confirming or denying confirmation of an award;
4. (4) an order correcting an award;
5. (5) an order vacating an award without directing a rehearing; and
6. (6) a final judgment.
(b) Procedure.— An appeal under this section may be taken as from an order or a judgment in a civil action.
