- (1) agree to arbitrate the family law dispute before the original arbitrator or another arbitrator; or
- (2) proceed under Subchapter C of Chapter 75 (relating to declaratory judgments) and Pa.R.C.P. Ch. 1600 (relating to action for declaratory judgments).
