1. "Board." The Pennsylvania Parole Board.
2. "Commission." The Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing established in section 2151.2 (relating to commission).
3. "Department." The Department of Corrections of the Commonwealth.

The following words and phrases when used in this subchapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

2021 Amendment. Act 59 amended the def. of "board."
