1. (a) Report.— The exchange authority shall prepare an annual report on the activities of the exchange authority for the year and:

   1. (1) Electronically transmit the report to:

      1. (i) The Governor.
      2. (ii) The President pro tempore of the Senate.
      3. (iii) The Minority Leader of the Senate.
      4. (iv) The Speaker of the House of Representatives.
      5. (v) The Minority Leader of the House of Representatives.

      6. (vi) The chair and minority chair of:

         1. (A) The Appropriations Committee of the Senate.
         2. (B) The Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives.
         3. (C) The Banking and Insurance Committee of the Senate.
         4. (D) The Insurance Committee of the House of Representatives.
         5. (E) The Health and Human Services Committee of the Senate.
         6. (F) The Health Committee of the House of Representatives.
   2. (2) Post the report on the exchange authority's publicly accessible Internet website.
2. (b) Federal compliance.— The exchange authority shall comply with applicable Federal reporting requirements.
3. (c) Department notification.— The exchange authority shall provide a copy of or electronic link to the report provided under subsection (a) or (b) to the department.
