4 Pa.C.S. § 4103 – Distribution of local share

(a) Distribution.—
1. (1) (Reserved).
2. (2) The department shall on a quarterly basis deposit the local share assessment imposed under section 4102(b)(1)(ii) (relating to taxes and assessments) into a restricted receipts account to be established in the Commonwealth Financing Authority to be used exclusively for grants for projects in the public interest within the Commonwealth.
(b) Duty of terminal operator.— A terminal operator licensee shall continuously provide the department with records, documents or other information necessary to effectuate the requirements of subsection (a).
