1. (a) General rule.— A violation of this chapter or an order or regulation under this chapter shall constitute a public nuisance.
2. (b) Applicability of other law.— Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as affecting the application of 18 Pa.C.S. § 5101 (relating to obstructing administration of law or other governmental function).
