1. "Child abuse." As defined in 23 Pa.C.S. § 6303(b.1) (relating to definitions).
2. "Department." The Department of Human Services of the Commonwealth.
3. "Sexual abuse or exploitation." As defined in 23 Pa.C.S. § 6303(a).

The following words and phrases when used in this subchapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
