1. (1) the articles; or

2. (2) a bylaw adopted by the shareholders either:

   1. (i) on or before August 21, 2001; or
   2. (ii) at a time when the corporation was not a registered corporation described in section 2502(1).

Every director of a registered corporation described in section 2502(1) (relating to registered corporation status) shall be entitled to one vote except as otherwise provided in:
