(b) Clear and conspicuous provisions.— The headings, notices and language of a contract or agreement under this part shall be clear and conspicuous and meet the following requirements:

1. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, the language in a contract or agreement under this part shall be in at least eight-point type.
2. (2) A heading in a contract or agreement under this part shall be in at least ten-point bold type.
3. (3) A notice or disclosure in a contract or agreement under this part shall be in at least ten-point bold type.
4. (4) An acknowledgment under this part shall be in at least ten-point bold type.
