Bottles of soft drinks shall be exempt from the placement requirements for the declaration of either or both of the following, if there is compliance with that provision:

1. (1) Identity. If the declaration appears on the bottle closure.
2. (2) Quantity. If the declaration is blown, formed or molded on or above the shoulder of the container and if other information required by this regulation appears only on the bottle closure.
