The categories and types of weighing or measuring devices with respect to which a person may be certified as a CEWM are as follows:

1. (1) Small capacity retail computing scales.
2. (2) Retail package shipping scales.
3. (3) Vehicle scales.
4. (4) Small platform scales which weigh items to 1,000 pounds.
5. (5) Truck-mounted fuel oil meters.
6. (6) Truck-mounted liquid petroleum gas meters.
7. (7) Compressed natural gas meters.
8. (8) Retail motor fuel dispensers.
