7 Pa. Code § 305.17 – Appointment. | Midpage- (a) A person shall not be appointed to more than one racing official position at a meeting unless specifically approved by the Commission.
- (b) The Commission, the Bureau Director or other Commission representative shall appoint or approve the Stewards at each race meeting.
