(a) All pari-mutuel racetracks shall adopt the following color format for saddle pad colors for post positions in each race:

1. (1) Post Position One—Red
2. (2) Post Position Two—Blue
3. (3) Post Position Three—White
4. (4) Post Position Four—Green
5. (5) Post Position Five—Black
6. (6) Post Position Six—Yellow
7. (7) Post Position Seven—Pink
8. (8) Post Position Eight—Gray
9. (9) Post Position Nine—Purple
10. (10) Post Position Ten—Blue/Red
11. (11) Post Position Eleven—Light Blue
12. (12) Post Position Twelve—Red/White
