LICENSE FEES OF MILK DEALERS

1. (a) A new applicant for a milk dealer’s license shall pay a fixed fee of $100 for applications submitted before January 1 of the license year for which the application is submitted, and $50 for applications submitted on or after January 1.
2. (b) An applicant for annual renewal of a milk dealer’s license shall pay a fixed fee of $100.
