Soil conditioners and plant growth substances’ labels shall contain the following information:
- (1) The net weight, or other measure in which the product is to be sold.
- (2) The complete brand or product name.
- (3) An accurate statement of contents; an accurate statement of the active ingredients, either chemical or biological, where appropriate; and their percentage by weight or volume listed.
- (4) The purpose for which the product is intended.
- (5) The name and address of manufacturer or person requesting the product to be registered.
