(a) The following seed standards apply to flatpea:

Total other crop seed incl. other varieties .20% (max.)
Total weed seeds .20% (max.)
Germination 35% (min.)
Total germination and hard seed 70% (min.)
(b) Seed may contain a maximum of nine restricted noxious weed seeds per pound.
(c) Percentages of total germination and hard seeds shall be noted separately.
