Stand requirements.
Effective Apr 7, 199020 Pa.B. 1878
(a) Not less than 80% of the original stand shall be permitted.
(b) For Penngift crownvetch and Lathco flatpea the sequence of generations shall be Breeder seed, Foundation seed and Certified seed.
