- (a) Milk cannot be sold unless the herd has been retested following the provisions of § 7.23 (relating to quarantine period).
- (b) Milk from brucellosis reactors cannot be sold or used for human or animal consumption.
- (c) Milk from negative or suspicious animals in quarantined herds with known brucellosis infection shall be pasteurized prior to use for human or animal consumption.
