Reactors found on retests shall be identified as in a previous test of the herd; or as the offspring of dams previously tested in the herd; or as animals that have been added to the herd. These additions will not be eligible for indemnity as stated in Chapter 8 (relating to appraisal and indemnity for diseased animals).
