- (a) Certified status shall be maintained if the herd passes an annual negative blood test conducted within 10 to 14 months as stated on the authorization and all herd additions qualify as stated in § 7.47 (relating to herd additions).
- (b) The anniversary date for the annual test will remain the same each year and the authorization to conduct the test will be issued by the Department.
