1. (a) Purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to establish guidelines for suspension of operating privileges for nonpayment of judgments arising from a motor vehicle accident and default on installment payments of such judgments.
2. (b) Authority. This chapter is authorized under 75 Pa.C.S. § 6103(a) (relating to promulgation of rules and regulations by department).
