1. (a) The licensing authority will keep and maintain an up-to-date list of those municipalities within the licensing authority’s county that permit games of chance.
2. (b) The licensing authority will give a copy of the list to every eligible organization at the time of licensure.
3. (c) The licensing authority will make the list available to licensed eligible organizations who provide notice to the licensing authority of raffle sales within the licensing authority’s county.
4. (d) Any time the list is updated, the licensing authority will submit a copy of the list to the Department within 30 days of the update.
