1. (a) An eligible organization shall prominently display the rules for each weekly drawing in the area where the chances for the drawing are sold.

2. (b) At a minimum, the posted rules must include:

   1. (1) The cost of the chance.
   2. (2) The manner of selecting the winner.
   3. (3) The time during which chances may be purchased.
   4. (4) The time of the drawing.
   5. (5) The payout percentage.
   6. (6) Whether the drawing is a carryover drawing and the amount of the carryover jackpot.
   7. (7) The requirements and time limits for claiming prizes as provided for in § 901.794 (relating to claiming prizes).
