61 Pa. Code § 815.237 – Ticket responsibility.

(a) The Big Four ticket is a bearer document.
(b) The Lottery will not be responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
(c) The purchaser of the ticket has the sole responsibility for checking the accuracy of the data printed on the ticket.
