1. (a) If an application is found to be deficient, Board staff will notify the applicant of the deficiencies in the application and provide an opportunity for the applicant to cure the deficiencies within a specified time period.
2. (b) Failure to provide the information necessary to cure the deficiencies required under subsection (a) may result in the denial of the application.
3. (c) When an application is denied under subsection (b), the applicant will be given written notice of this action.
