58 Pa. Code § 1001a.16 – Signage requirements.

(a) A casino simulcasting permit holder shall post signs that include a statement providing the following:
1. (1) ‘‘It is unlawful for any individual under 21 years of age to enter or remain in a simulcasting facility. Individuals violating this prohibition will be removed and may be subject to arrest and criminal prosecution.’’
2. (2) ‘‘If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available. Call (1-800-GAMBLER).’’
(b) The signs shall be prominently posted at each entrance and exit of the simulcasting facility.
