(b) The certificate holder shall pay out winning Five Card multi-progressive wagers at the odds in one of the following paytables, selected by the certificate holder in its Rules Submission filed in accordance with § 601a.2 (relating to table games Rules Submissions):

(c) The seed, increment rates and reserve increment rates listed in the following chart shall correspond with the paytable selected under subsection (b) and shall be included by the certificate holder in its Rules Submission filed in accordance with § 601a.2:

(d) In the event that a player wins the Five Card multi-progressive wager, an Envy bonus shall be paid to all other players that have placed a Five Card multi-progressive wager. The Envy bonus shall be paid in addition to any other payouts the player may be entitled. The Envy bonus shall correspond to the Five Card multi-progressive paytable selected by the certificate holder as follows:
