- (a) A certificate holder may offer players the option to place a Mini-royal Dynamic progressive wager, a progressive wager variation of the Mini-royal progressive wager authorized under § 679b.2 (relating to Mini-royal progressive) with the possibility of randomly increased payouts based upon the results of a random number generator. Unless otherwise specified under this section, the Mini-royal Dynamic progressive wager shall follow the rules and procedures of the Mini-royal progressive wager under § 679b.2.
(b) In addition to the layout and signage for the Three Card Prime table under § 679a.2(b) (relating to Three Card Prime table physical characteristics), the Three Card Prime table shall include all of the following:
- (1) A progressive table game system, in accordance with § 605a.7 (relating to progressive table games), for the placement of the Mini-royal Dynamic progressive wager. If the certificate holder is offering a progressive payout wager on multiple linked tables or games in the same licensed facility, the progressive table game system must comply with the requirements in § 605a.8 (relating to linked progressive table games).
- (2) A board-approved random number generator that determines which, if any, of the Dynamic pays shall apply.
(c) The progressive table game system must include all of the following:
- (1) A wagering device at each betting position that acknowledges or accepts the placement of the progressive wager.
- (2) A device that controls or monitors the placement of progressive wagers at the gaming table, including a mechanism, such as a lock-out button, that prevents the recognition of any progressive wager that a player attempts to place after the dealer has announced ‘‘no more bets.’’
- (3) A device which shall indicate any Dynamic pays which are selected by the random number generator and the potential payout odds that result.
- (d) A Mini-royal Dynamic progressive wager may be placed at any time prior to the dealer announcing ‘‘no more bets’’ under § 679a.8, § 679a.9 or § 679a.10 (relating to procedures for dealing the cards from a manual dealing shoe; procedures for dealing the cards from the hand; and procedures for dealing the cards from an automated dealing shoe).
- (e) Following the announcement of ‘‘no more bets,’’ the random number generator shall be initiated and will select between one and three of the winning hand combinations for Dynamic pays. The selected Dynamic pays shall be displayed to indicate what increased payout is being awarded for which winning hand combination.
- (f) The dealer shall then proceed to deal the cards in accordance with § 679a.11(a)—(e) (relating to procedures for completion of each round of play). If a player, having made a Mini-royal Dynamic progressive payout wager, chooses not to place a Play wager, thereby folding, the Mini-royal progressive payout wager shall not be forfeited but shall remain on the table until settled, consistent with the Prime, Pair bonus or All Six bonus wager. Mini-royal Dynamic progressive wagers shall be settled as part of the settlement of optional wagers prior to the removal of cards under § 679a.11(e).
(g) The certificate holder shall pay out winning Mini-royal Dynamic progressive wagers at the odds in the following payout table. If a player has won with a hand combination that indicates a Dynamic pays payout, the player shall be paid based upon the increased payout displayed by the progressive system.
