1. (a) If the certificate holder offers Three Card Prime in accordance with Chapter 679a (relating to Three Card Prime) or a variation of Three Card Prime under Chapter 679b (relating to Three Card Prime side wagers and variations—temporary regulations), the certificate holder may, if specified in its Rules Submission filed under § 601a.2 (relating to table games Rules Submissions), offer to each player who has placed an Ante wager the optional Mini-royal progressive payout wager.
2. (b) In addition to the layout and signage for the Three Card Prime table under § 679a.2(b) (relating to Three Card Prime table physical characteristics), the layout shall include a designated area for the placement of the Mini-royal progressive payout wager.

3. (c) If a certificate holder offers the Mini-royal progressive payout wager, the Three Card Prime table must have a progressive table game system, in accordance with § 605a.7 (relating to progressive table games), for the placement of Mini-royal progressive payout wagers. If the certificate holder is offering the Mini-royal progressive payout wager on multiple linked tables or games in the same licensed facility, the progressive table game system must comply with § 605a.8 (relating to linked progressive table games). The progressive table game system must include:

   1. (1) A wagering device at each betting position that acknowledges or accepts the placement of the Mini-royal progressive payout wager.
   2. (2) A device that controls or monitors the placement of Mini-royal progressive payout wagers at the gaming table including a mechanism, such as a lock-out button, that prevents the recognition of a Mini-royal progressive payout wager that a player attempts to place after the dealer has announced ‘‘no more bets.’’
4. (d) A Mini-royal progressive payout wager may be placed at any time prior to the dealer announcing ‘‘no more bets’’ under § 679a.8, § 679a.9 or § 679a.10 (relating to procedures for dealing the cards from a manual dealing shoe; procedures for dealing the cards from the hand; and procedures for dealing the cards from an automated dealing shoe).
5. (e) After placing the Three Card Prime wagers as required in § 679a.7(d) (relating to wagers) and any optional wagers, including the Mini-royal progressive payout wager, the dealer shall deal the cards in accordance with § 679a.11(a) and (b) (relating to procedures for completion of each round of play). If a player, having made a Mini-royal progressive payout wager, chooses not to place a Play wager, thereby folding, the Mini-royal progressive payout wager shall not be forfeited but shall remain on the table until settled, consistent with the Prime, Pair bonus or All Six bonus wager.
6. (f) The dealer shall continue to deal the round to completion consistent with § 679a.11(c)—(e). Mini-royal progressive payout wagers shall be settled as part of the settlement of optional wagers prior to the removal of cards under § 679a.11(e).
7. (g) The Mini-royal progressive wagers shall win and be paid according to subsection (h) if the player’s cards form a hand comprising a designated winning combination under the certificate holder’s selected paytable.

8. (h) The certificate holder shall pay out winning Mini-royal progressive payout wagers at the odds in one of the following paytables, selected by the certificate holder in its Rules Submission filed in accordance with § 601a.2:

9. (i) The initial seed and reseed amounts and increment rates listed in the following charts shall correspond with the paytable selected under subsection (h) and shall be included by the certificate holder in its Rules Submission filed in accordance with § 601a.2:

10. (j) In the event that a player wins the Mini-royal progressive payout wager, an Envy bonus shall be paid to all other players that have placed a Mini-royal progressive payout wager. The Envy bonus shall be paid in addition to any other payouts the player may be entitled. The Envy bonus shall correspond to the Mini-royal paytable selected by the certificate holder.
