58 Pa. Code § 679b.1
(c) The following wagers may be placed in the game of Three Card Prime 2025:
(1) The following optional wagers provided under § 679a.7(d) (relating to wagers):
(f) A certificate holder shall pay winning wagers as follows:
(1) If the dealer’s hand qualifies with a Queen-high or better and:
(3) A player shall receive an Ante bonus based upon their hand configuration in the following paytable regardless of whether their hand is a win, push, loss or was forfeited. An Ante bonus shall be paid in addition to any other payouts owed to the player.

(4) A certificate holder shall pay out winning Prime wagers, in accordance with the following paytable:

(5) A certificate holder shall pay out winning All Six bonus wagers as provided in one of the following paytables selected by the certificate holder in its Rules Submission filed in accordance with § 601a.2 (relating to table games Rules Submissions):
